Ratings in activities

It is now possible to rate courses upon completion. This information provides guidance by other participants prior enrolling and potentially buying access to a course.

  • Upon completion of a training activity, the training can be rated by a participant.
  • The average rating score (1-5) is visible to the participants for self-registration, on the course description and the catalog with course offerings.
  • Course administrators can choose for which training activities this is relevant. This allows you to exclude - e.g., some mandatory trainings and use cases, it is not desired to provide rating information to end-users.
  • In the coming months we will introduce new analytics, including reports to support deeper business insight on the evaluations across your offerings.

 

LRS integration

You can configure the integration to your LRS to support xAPI courses and analytics to your LRS of choice. 

  • This is configured in 3rd party integrations ny a Global- or Platform Administrator.
  • A LRS solution can be offered through Eurekos.
  • An LRS is required to import xAPI based content and courses from 3rd party authoring solutions.

 

Native LRS emulation for Trials

Eurekos can offer a light LRS version to get started, which allows a native LRS emulation, with a limited use of less than 500.000 statements.

  • The light LRS may be activated upon request for trials and limited needs.
  • This is not a long term solution and not something that can be easily migrated into a full scale LRS afterwards.

 

Last visited progress status updates

The home screen (My overivew) shows the last visited training activity at the top with progress information. We have improved this representation to show more accurate and relevant information, based on the type of training activity that is being delivered.

  • Percentage of completion is shown for single course modules created using the native authoring interface.
  • In progress status is shown for an assignment module, an event module and a SCORM/xAPI based course.
  • Module n of n is shown for a learning path, consisting of multiple modules in a training activity.

 

Knowledge base

Introducing the knowledge base. This replaces the previous support system and will be available to all administrators from this release.

  • Search and find articles, documentation and how-to articles on all the features of Eurekos.
  • Rate articles to help us improve.
  • Global Administrators and Platform administrators will receive regular updates with release notes for each new release. You have the option to unsubscribe from these notifications.
  • Releases will be available on the pre-production environment to test.

 

Additional H5P tools are AI translated

The AI driven translation feature now supports addtional H5P tools. This improves the automated translation of the most used elements and even more effecient. The newly supported tools are:

  • Course Presentation (will all embedded features).
  • Find the Hotspot.
  • Image Hotspots.
  • Single Choice Set.
  • True/False Question.

 

Shortlist of noticeable changes

  • Ordering of automated email workflows are now sorted by newest first.
  • Merge user accounts has been improved with additional use cases, transferring e.g., Community owner accounts when merging two accounts.
  • Added option for specific date to the Registration Details feature in  training activities. This extends the options to cover additional use cases.
  • Added a filter in the API to allow selecting only events with the status "Ready for invoicing".
  • General fixes, updates, performance- and security improvements.
