Automation rules
Enhanced automation rules extended to handle extra scenarios on completion in combination with individual course modules, events and activity end date. This includes extensive options on Who and When to notify.
The options are now conveniently listed in a matrix overview.
Invitation and promotion flow
As an optional module, we now feature a complete promote and invitation flow to involved CSM/Account Managers to invite clients and participants to your training offers. This is a comprehensive new option. Inquire for a demonstration if this is interesting to you.
- A new "Contact Manager" system role.
- Admins can promote training activities to Contact Managers and ask them to help invite clients with special prices, reserve seats and date reservations.
- Process is facilitated with automatic reminders to both Contact Managers and the propects that have been invited.
- Contact Managers has a new overview where they can follow and see their invitees.
- Invitees can join, pay and use special rates to sign up for trainings and conferences you provide.
- Admins can do all of this, even without taking advantage of Contact Managers.
Shortlist of noticeable changes
- Added option to define time zone for each module of the activity, helping admins to schedule appropriately.
- Coupons report has been introduced.
- Course authoring: text widget styling enhancements with colors, backgrounds, borders and roundness.
- Added bulk expire & reactivate actions on signup list within an activity.
- Added "My subscriptions" block on the user profile with the option to cancel a subscription.
- Added completion checkmark for existing trainings in learning path overview and statistics pages.
- Removed several H5P Interactions from the libary: Questionnaire, Cornelious Notes and Twitter feed. These are either dysfunctional 3rd party tools, or not supported. Content created previously will be automatically deleted.
- Improved organization and suborganization settings navigation.
