PayOne payment provider 

A new integration and payment gate has been added. As with any other payment option this can be configured in Settings.

PayOne can be used alongside other payment providers that can be integrated and is a simultaneous option. PayOne can only be used for credit cards and does not support Subscriptions.

• Training statistics report generation performance improvements.
• API: Added an ability to update the activity author.
• General fixes, updates, performance- and security improvements.
