Mandatory and deadlines

Introducing enhanced deadline options for the "Mandatory" feature in Activities. 

With this update, users now have greater flexibility and control over setting deadlines for activities, ensuring a smoother and more customizable user experience. Deadlines are shown prominently on the user's training overview.

When the "Mandatory" feature is enabled on an activity form, users are now presented with additional distinct deadline options to choose from, based of either scheduled activity start or user enrollment.

• Days after and Months after: Users can specify a deadline in relation to the start of the activity. This feature offers two distinct variants for customization: one for the activity start time and the other for user enrollment.
• At specific date: Users can choose a specific date and time for all signups, allowing for precise scheduling and coordination.

Focus in activities

Managing promoted activities is now more intuitive and visually appealing. Our redesigned interface for promoted activities not only makes them easier to find but also enhances the overall look and feel, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

As an administrator the focused activities will be presented in a separate option to make them easier to manage directly. Multiple focused activities can be sorted buy priority which is reflected on the list of activities for self-enrollment.

Shortlist of noticeable changes

• Added more complex approach for invites of users from 3rd party systems.
• At a glance: we've enriched the information available in the self enrollment tooltip on the activities list. Easily access details about organization limits, activity start date, registration deadlines, available seats, and even insights into the waiting list.
• In response to your feedback, we've made it even easier to manage user data. You can now view user email addresses alongside their full names in the signup list and statistics, simplifying communication and data management.
• General fixes, updates, performance- and security improvements.
